Simon Edbury
A graduate of London University, Simon has been in the recruitment industry since 1996 when he joined PSD. After six years, he joined Ajilon Executive to start a new executive recruitment team in the North West. Here he broadened his industry contacts and knowledge by working with a greater variety of clients on senior recruitment projects.
After great success within corporate recruiters, January 2005 saw Simon and Andrew establish Edbury Daley which has provided a specialist and dedicated senior level recruitment service to an ever increasing client list.
Looking forward, Simon’s goal is to continue to develop Edbury Daley’s burgeoing reputation as a recruitment supplier that delivers success where competitors have failed in both property and procurement.

Andrew Daley
Andrew’s career in Executive Recruitment started when he joined The PSD Group in their fledgling Construction business in 1995 and played a prominent role in developing their presence in the Facilities, Construction & Residential Development markets.In 1998 he was asked to take responsibility for launching the new Purchasing & Supply Chain division for PSD. He then spent the next six years focused on this sector and can list some of the leading professionals in the area amongst his regular customers. With a track record of finding excellent candidates for the really difficult jobs, he has built an invaluable network of contacts across the profession and utilised a range of innovative recruitment methods to solve client needs.
He was nominated for several awards whilst with PSD and won the prestigious Consultant of the Year in 2000 when they employed in excess of 350 consultants in nine international offices.
He left PSD to launch a new Purchasing & Supply division for Ajilon in 2002 as Head of Practice, where he was particularly active in the Banking, Financial Services, Professional Services & FMCG markets.
He left his position as Head of Practice for Purchasing & Supply Chain at Ajilon Executive in December 2004 to start the business with co-Director Simon Edbury.
When Andrew and Simon launched the business in January 2005 their aim was to provide a high quality, specialised service to those organisations and individuals they truly believe they can help through their experience, knowledge of the market and recruitment in general. They have already had significant success with clients both in the Purchasing and Construction sectors, where their reputation for excellent service delivery and the ability to find quality people continues to grow.
Andrew was educated at William Hulme’s Grammar School in Manchester before graduating from the University of Sheffield with an honours degree in Economics in 1993.

Hannah Jackson
Hannah started her career in recruitment advertising and worked in London and Manchester for the leading recruitment advertising agencies. She spent over 10 years working for the likes of Bernard Hodes, TCS Advertising and Work Communications where she specialised in graduate and multiple recruitment campaigns for a number of leading FMCG and retail businesses with a particular focus on online and below the line campaigns.
She left the advertising industry in 2004 and joined PSD as a recruitment consultant in their expanding purchasing and supply chain team. She focused on the fmcg, travel & leisure, retail and pharmaceutical sectors on a national level. She was highly successful in partnering major blue chip businesses on procurement and supply chain recruitment campaigns.
Hannah joined Edbury Daley in 2007 to further strengthen the procurement expertise already within the business. Her experience of working across Europe has added an extra dimension to our candidate sourcing capability and her sector expertise has brought many high profile companies to the Edbury Daley client list.
